This is a Full-time position in Worcester, MA posted January 10, 2021.

We are searching for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Program Director for our Teen Parent Program located in Worcester, MA!

Responsibilities: Oversee the management and daily operations of program, including training, supervision and evaluation of staff and interns.

Take a leadership role in performance management and progressive discipline.

Maintain the physical plant/facilities, and all necessary program licensure and accreditation.

Responsible for the overall success of the program, including the development and implementation of program goals and achievements.

Work collaboratively with the clinical staff, psychiatric, and/or the program administration to evaluate referrals and admissions to the program as related to the emotional, health, and medical needs of potential clients.

Also responsible for census maintenance and other problematic issues.

Oversee and periodically reviews documentation systems and reports, as well as ensures compliance with quality assurance and safety programs; maintains all required paperwork and documentation necessary for the agency and for licensing and third-party billing services.

Participate in the provision of 24-hour emergency service coverage for clients, including emergency pager coverage (weeknights, weekends and/or holidays) on a rotating basis.

Provide and coordinate an integrated model of care that gives access to services in areas of medical, behavior, and psychological health and well-being.

Qualifications: MA/MS/MSW in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other related field required.

LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/Psy.D preferred.

Candidate must have at least five years of experience with at least two of which should be in an administrative or managerial role.

Strong knowledge in child/youth mental health systems, trauma informed care, behavior management and practical experience with youth and families required.

Prior experience working with youth in a residential setting preferred.

Strong knowledge in child/youth mental health systems, trauma informed care, behavior management and practical experience with youth and families required.

Prior experience working with pregnant and parenting teen mothers preferred.

Ability to navigate behavioral health system with skills in case management, supervision, oversight of clinical as well as program management preferred.

Experience supervising and leading diversified staff preferred.

Ability to work effectively with other community agencies and program administration strongly preferred.

Must have a progressive career experience supervising large numbers of staff members, developing administrative systems, creating programming, training staff and overseeing budgetary guidelines.
