You First Services, Inc.: Marketing Manager, E-Commerce

You First Services, Inc., an innovator in scientific research and development, is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to develop and oversee campaigns to drive the online sales of our Oral Healthcare products.

Responsibilities Include:Bring forward new and innovative ideas to enhance our overall digital customer experienceDevelop and execute digital acquisition strategy and management, including SEO/SEM and display advertising campaignsMust have a mastery of Amazon Seller Central and the ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics to manage the ever-evolving operational metrics and requirements to maintain a top performing accountMonitor MailChimp Customer Journeys and add more contacts as they become availableConduct ongoing A/B testing related to subject lines, email copy, layouts and CTAs that drive response and conversion improvements.

Manage a meticulously planned and documented testing plan/schedule to continually improve performanceDevelop strategies that outline audience focus, KPIs, messaging, tactics, and budgetsAnalyze promotional results (sales, margin, click-thru, conversion, etc.) to aid in the planning of future events and promotionsAssist in developing and coordinating marketing campaigns across email, web, SMS, and social media exposureSet growth strategy and sustainable vision to increase sales and market share on AmazonEnsure that all marketing creative and messaging is consistent across product pages, sponsored ads, sponsored brands, and all other Amazon touchpointsCollaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams to devise strategies and to measure the success of all campaignsMaintain an awareness of the Amazon landscape, new features, competitors, identifying trends and growth opportunities with new tools and functionsAnalyze the performance of social media and email campaigns, create reports, and produce innovative improvement strategies Education and/or Experience:BS degree preferred Business, MarketingDeep knowledge of eCommerce best practices; proven ability to link knowledge of branding and target customers to key eCommerce elements in order to drive the businessExperience building, managing, and optimizing Google, and Bing Ad campaignsExpert level of selling on Amazon Seller Central with extensive knowledge of best practices and strategiesExperience in either B2B or B2C growth or marketing in fast paced environment5+ years growing brands on Amazon and familiarity with Sponsored Ads2+ years managing team(s)Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsIn-depth knowledge of Amazon Search and SEOProficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similarGreat working knowledge of back-end social media management, ability to create and manage Facebook Ads and integrate them with websitesExperience with managing WordPress websites Benefits:Paid Health InsuranceDentalPaid Time OffSick Time401(K)401(K) Matching About You First Services:Established in 2013, You First Services, Inc., seeks out advancements in healthcare through innovative products.
