As Worldwide Learning Director of Publishing & Release Operations for Employee Skilling , you will have the opportunity to influence our learning experiences designed to empower Microsoft employees to do their best work while driving modernization of our authoring, publishing and release tools and processes.

As the Worldwide Learning Director of Publishing & Release Operations – Employee Skilling, you will lead a team responsible for the publishing, release and targeting of our employee training content.

You and your team will work closely with program management, content authoring, HR and engineering to ensure our content is released on-time meeting Microsoft’s quality and compliance standards.

You will also be responsible for re-imagining our approach to authoring, publishing, targeting, and release ensuring our processes and technology deliver inclusive learning products optimized for the learner experience while maximizing efficiency and quality at scale.

You will be part of a growing and dynamic team operating in a fast-paced cadence.
