is an unrestricted licensed electrical contractor specializing in providing electrical wiring solutions for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial projects servicing the Metro Atlanta area with over 27 years of personal experience.

We are MBE-DBE and SBE certified with the City of Atlanta.

Our business has consistently grown, and we are looking for a few qualified career-minded people to join our team.Responsibilities: Leading and overseeing multiple projects.Planning and Managing Project Schedules.Preparation and buyout of Purchase Orders.Preparation and reviews of submittals and shop drawings.Review of contract drawings and addressing RFI’s.Prepare submit & negotiate Change Orders.Layout of project work and ensuring that materials, tools, equipment, and information are scheduled timely to meet scope and construction schedules.Review project contract, documents, plans, and specifications; directing construction activities; resolving construction difficulties; coordinating field installations and project closings out documents.Prepare and submit monthly progress reports & pay application.

Must be professional and accurate.Oversee quality control and site safety programs.Manage the project, supervisors, and workers following the policies and procedures established by the Company.Lead and motivate project employees through continuous and constructive feedback.Develop relationships and build the trust of owners, owner representatives, engineers, general contractors, vendors, employees and others associated with project-related activities.Qualifications, Knowledge, and SkillsStrong knowledge of process management.Strong commercial and mix-development electrical background.Planning and organizing skills.Leadership skills.Scheduling knowledge.Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.Problem-solving skills.
