Report directly to Food and Beverage Director. Take leadership of beverage program. Assist members in selecting wines. Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory, Assist in beverage program directing beverage staff. Work with F&B Director in curating wine list. Train staff and hold competitions to motivate sales. Prefer Somm 1 certificate or higher. All employees must pass background check and pre-employment drug test will be required.
