Wholesale Payments – Managing Director, Pricing & Billing Program Lead

• Articulate the strategic vision for future state global Wholesale Payments pricing/billing capabilities
• Determine multi-year roadmap that delivers continuous value for the funding requirements
• Oversee the product and tech development for all domains using agile methodology for client journeys and persona planning
• Guide the roll-out and adoption of new capabilities for pricing and billing across clients and employees
• Partner with business and technology leads across wholesale banking to ensure a smooth client experience across the lifecycle and maximize the investment value of related initiatives
• Update executive management and stakeholders across LOBs on roadmap, delivery milestones and change management
• Manage direct resources for program execution and readiness while matrix-leading functional contributors in content domains Qualifications:
• Obsessed with how to serve clients by tearing down functional silos and reinventing BAU while upholding controls
• Proven ability to manage large-scale programs with complex interdependencies and multiple dimensions of value
• Superior track record of partnering at senior levels, managing numerous stakeholders and working in a matrixed structure
• Experience using client segmentation and analytics in agile development
• Experience diagnosing business imperatives and leading change driven by technological transformation
• MD level, 15 years of experience in banking, consulting, technology or related discipline
