The Wellness Director manages the operation of the Wellness Department including: maintaining standards in elder care services; supervision and oversight of Wellness Department team including training and assigning overall duties in accordance with the elders’ needs; meeting financial and budgetary guidelines; and upholding state regulations and procedures.
