VP Commercial Loan Officer – Manager

nnA great community bank with a true dedication to relationships and community banking is hiring a leader to oversee a successful team and market.

This position is responsible for leading the branch location, maintaining a current portfolio of CRE & C&I credits while being an active member of the community and building relationships for the bank.

The compensation package will be generous with the room to grow in your career.nn nnDuties & Skills and Experience Required:nn 5 or more years of experience as a commercial loan officer or similar title in credit extension, with business development requirements.

CRE, C&I, and SBA experience are preferred.

Outstanding relationship building and customer service skills complemented with appropriate credit knowledge for the purpose of increasing a portfolio of quality loans.

Makes and services loans within delegated authority and in accordance with bank policies.

Makes and/or conveys decisions on the loan approval, structure and pricing.

Responsible for exercising credit risk management responsibilities on loans within the area of responsibility.

Conducts complex credit analyses.

Analyzes balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows of potential borrowers to ascertain creditworthiness.

Maintains current, adequate, and verified financial information on borrowers and guarantors as required by policy.

Develops and manages commercial loan portfolios, including loan originations in the community served by the bank.

Works with some complex loan packages.

Lead the day-to-day operations and ensure the profitability of the location.
