Vice President, Total Rewards, HR Operations & Technology

In this role, you will report directly to the Chief People Officer serving as a trusted partner and leader within the HR organization.

Your role will be to drive 8×8’s total rewards philosophy, leveraging technology, while leading a global team of 15+.

As an experienced leader, you will be a hands-on leader, with a deep understanding of executive compensation.

Further, you will leverage your experience in benefits, HR operations and technology to deliver meaningful programs and solutions to the business.

Through your leadership and visionary approach, you will be expected to balance key principles with a pragmatic approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Lead global rewards, HR operations & technology function to effectively design, implement and communicate an overarching strategy, supported by programs, policies and initiatives that move the business forward while fitting within the 8×8 business model
-Play a key role in the creation of Compensation Committee materials, collaborating with the CPO, CFO, CEO and Compensation Committee chair
-Leverage knowledge of market conditions and competitive talent landscape to design tailored strategies for compensation concerning key talent segments
-Review the mix of benefits offered to employees and assess their effectiveness; make recommendations to vary offerings based on current best practices, cost, and utility of benefits to employees
-Manage and oversee the design, implementation, administration, maintenance, and reporting of executive and equity compensation programs and initiatives
-Drive company-wide understanding of 8×8’s total rewards programs, through communication and education
-Report to senior HR Leadership Team on the teams production, activities, and efforts; plan and manage the teams budget
-Represent the team as an expert or resource to cross-functional project or coordinating teams
-Lead your global team to define, develop and deploy global policies and procedures to ensure compliance
-Build out our global HR operations team to solution and deliver the needs of an ever evolving workforce

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-12+ years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits, including Equity design, Sales Compensation, and Executive Compensation on a global scale
-5+ years of experience leading executive compensation in a public company
-Demonstrated ability of leading through change by being a hands-on, forward thinking leader
-Track record of effectively partnering with internal senior leaders and executive team
-Proven ability to deliver Total Rewards programs in a fast-paced environment; skilled at interpreting business needs and making decisions based on emerging priorities
-Must be an expert at designing Executive Comp plans while leading Executive Comp committiees
-Deep analytical skills, with the ability to translate data, trends into simple insightful recommendations
