Position Responsibilities
- Build Uline’s pricing strategy, including pricing rates and margins.
- Manage and develop the Pricing team by reviewing forecasts and key financial metrics, as well as participating in operating reviews.
- Lead external competitive pricing and offer analysis.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop new pricing initiatives.
- Conduct audits and analysis to ensure proper pricing and inventory management practices are in place.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years experience in pricing and / or revenue management.
- Ability to think critically and implement effective solutions.
- Experience managing pricing processes with cross-functional partners.
