Ubiquity is seeking a Vice President for Business Development.
The Vice President, Business Development is an individual contributor role responsible for operationalizing the sales strategy within our global Banking Operations team.
This role generates sales revenue through the creation of unique and compelling value propositions, messaging and positioning documents, and presentations that align Ubiquity as the provider of choice.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Design, build, and implement strategies that enhance business performance in Ubiquity’s target markets.
Through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building, drive and support sales opportunities within new and existing accounts and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders as needed to ensure success of customer implementation.
Provide education on how our products can help prospective customers compete in the marketplace and deliver ROI, tailor messaging to each decision-maker across the organization, and influence the sales process while overcoming objections and customer aversion.
Lead the sales process through each step of the process; presentation, and sales of value proposition, negotiation, pricing, and contractual terms, the development, writing, and delivery of sales proposals and RFPs.
Research and monitor economic and industry trends as well as competitive threats and understand its implications on customer business with both existing and new target accounts.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with minimum of 10 years’ sales experience Demonstrated experience selling within the BPO/Business Process Outsourcing vertical is a plus.
Knowledge of financial transactions and bank regulatory compliance and dispute handling (Reg E and Reg Z, Dispute and Chargeback) is a plus.
Expert ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize prospects with demonstrated results while leveraging resources to gain credibility with key prospects.
Executive level presence to lead large, complex sales opportunities Expert ability to assess a situation and quickly formulate the correct solution Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate complex sales deals Results driven with the ability to achieve/exceed sales quotas Stellar networking skills with the ability to make smart partnerships happen Must be able to travel as needed to support the business
