Responsibilities:.

Build and lead a highly effective, global, mid-market sales organization.

Exceed both New Logo and Expansion opportunity, pipeline, and ARR goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Manage accounts at every step in the pipeline to ensure a winning outcome and accurate forecast.

Optimize proposals, price quotes, contract negotiations, and the sales process to maintain our high win rate and scale in hypergrowth.

Partner with the Marketing and Product Teams to support demand generation efforts and innovate on offerings and solutions to further scale the business.

Partner with Customer Success to ensure high satisfaction and renewal within our Mid-Market accounts.

Requirements:.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

15+ years in SaaS software sales exceeding quota.

Track record of consistently over-achieving quota (top 10% in your company) as a seller and then as a leader.

Multitasker with a sense of urgency for goal achievement and a strong commitment to results.

Experience building and leading a mid-market sales team to fantastic results inspiring, motivating, and engaging your team’s commitment.

An extroverted, warm, enthusiastic, empathetic leader.
