The Role:
Work closely with Founder and CEO in the formulation and implementation of the marketing strategy and operations and management of full sales funnelincluding email campaigns, digital marketing, social media, website, SEO.
SEM, analytics, targeting and marketing operations.
Build and help direct the efforts of a small marketing staff and coordinate at the strategic and tactical levels with the other team members of Shindig.
The initial focus will be primarily on as quickly as possible remediating the substantial marketing “debt,” responding more effectively to current opportunities by addressing the sales funnel, remediating CRM use, manage the effective use of email campaigns, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
Beyond that, the larger challenge of storming the barricades to make Shindig the standard for video chat engagement at scale and making video chat events understood as its own unique medium, with essential value.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Proven track record of success in a senior marketing role Experience in SAAS brand launches and building SAAS go-to-market strategies Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in the design and execution of marketing campaigns Expertise in Paid Advertising, SEO, CRM, Email marketing, Funnel Optimization, and other essential modern marketing tools.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal sales skills Experience managing budgets, and hiring, nurturing an effective team Familiarity with all social media tools, analytics and digital marketing metrics Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities

Shindigs revolutionary technology can enable large scale video chat events with all the same dynamics as an in-person event.
On Shindig, a featured speaker can take the stage and address an online audience of a thousand or more.
They can share the stage and take face to face video chat questions by throwing open the podium to audience members on a first-come basis, or by having an admin pre-screen individuals before bringing them up to the stage.
In the lead up to and following the featured discussion, audience members themselves can network, socialize, discuss and otherwise share the experience with one another in their own self-initiated small group video chats.
