– Business Operations (Founding team) nn nn nn nnWe are looking for a game changer to come in at the grassroot level and work closely with the founders in building out a next gen revolutionary solution which is going to disrupt an industry segment within HR Tech.

You will be working with seasoned serial entrepreneurs who have built and sold companies in a couple of industries with venture backed exits.

Being an integral part of the strategy and decision making at this fast-paced early-stage startup, you will directly be responsible for setting up the operations for the company and delivering value to the customers, a huge part of which is the customer experience.nn nn n nn nnYou will be responsible for hiring an effective team and executing on the unique value proposition being offered to corporations and individuals alike.

This would include working with product to rapidly transform raw ideas into a web app and operationalizing the process flow for delivering our solution.nn nn n nn nnWe are in the Bay Area.

· Bachelor’s Degree (MBA Preferred) with 10+ years of experience in technology platform support, implementation management and strong client relationship managementnn nn
· History of teamwork, willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and get the job done, and a desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environmentnn nn
· Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability and a control mentality paired with attention to detail.nn nn
· Excellent writing skills and ability to produce detailed business requirements and specifications to drive successful developmentnn nn
· Exemplary attention to detailnn nn
· Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectivelynn nn
· Aptitude for building relationships and the ability to communicate complex issues to key stakeholders with differing levels of product experience.nn nn
