GLG is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to oversee 1-2 account management teams, fully manage coordination efforts at a key client account and act as a deputy to the Head of Sales within the Americas Professional Services Firms (PSF) business in Austin, Texas, New York, or Philadelphia.
In this role, you will drive commercial and account management best practices for the key account and within your teams, motivate and closely coach account managers, and seek continuous improvement by ensuring your teams meet or exceed their commercial, development, compliance, and people goals.
You will work at the forefront of innovation by collaborating with business leaders to develop, communicate, and implement leading business performance improvement, technology, and people initiatives.
You will also be responsible for developing and growing relationships with other top-tier professional services firms clients in the Americas.
Our clients are some of the most sophisticated thought leaders in the world including consultancies, agencies, and market research firms.
You will be responsible for deepening relationships with existing professionals while identifying new and potential GLG advocates within current accounts and prospective clients.
To do this, you will regularly present GLG’s platform and engage with top level decision makers to identify opportunities for thoughtful collaboration.
You will leverage GLG’s CRM tools to track and map client accounts and work collaboratively with your internal colleagues to deliver a differentiated solution to our clients
