What You’ll Do
We are seeking a best-in-class Project Manager professional to join our Global Collaboration Strategy and Planning team. The candidate will serve as the backbone of the entire organization, running key strategic projects, creating change management plans, and ensure we are meeting our 2022 financial and strategic goals.
Role & Responsibilities include:
* Listening and partnering across cross functional and COO organizations to identify critical work areas needing to be addressed to ensure 2022 objectives.
* Ability to take ambiguous problems into an executional plan and hold partners accountable to delivering on time with quality.
* Understand how to design to “land the change” demonstrating change management capability around change impact, levers, and structured change planning and implementation.
* Tell the collaboration story in both what we do and what we will do to senior executives across product business unit and executive leadership teams.
Who You Are
* 8+ years of demonstrated experience as a specialist in project and change management.
* Minimum BA/BS; MBA a plus.
* Proven people leadership experience is required.
* Consistent track record in cross-functional collaboration, establishing relationships and driving successful outcomes in a matrixed environment
* Strong communications & influencing skills, experience speaking publicly & working with partners at all levels, producing exec level content and conducting exec conversations
* Strong in framing & structuring business problems, prioritizing the effort, conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analysis, building an exec level story complete with recommendations
* Curious and flexible, you enjoy variety and are willing to tackle different roles/responsibilities as business needs evolve
