• At least 5 years of experience in IT with application support, deployment and Integration.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review
• At least 2 years of experience in Vertex Web services, Vertex Databases.
• Thorough understanding of Vertex Central and its components
– My Enterprise, tax Setup, Tools & Reporting
• Experience with Batch Client Interface (BCI) interface tools, OIC (Oracle Integration Component), RTE (Retail Tax Extract), Web Services Live Call (XML), Windows Services for Vertex application
• Packages System implementation with n-tier architecture (ex.
Citrix, Application Server, Web Server, Database Server etc.)
• Facilitate resolution of customer issues by logging and verifying bugs/enhancements
• Performing on-site client work and troubleshooting, dial-in services and 24×7 beeper support as necessary to debug customer issues
• Experience in Java, J2EE with Web server experience (i.e.
Apache webserver, IBM HTTP server, IIS).
• Experience in Application server and Web services ( i.e.
WebLogic, WebsphereQualificationsQualificationsBasic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information TechnologyAdditional Information** U.S.
