Performance Objectives

What is expected of our Sales Consultants at TCC?

• Be a Rockstar. Utilize the training, tools and resources to create a unique sales experience for our customers.
• Building Relationships. Connect with our existing customers to share exciting information.
• Make Money. Achieve sales goals, make great commission and earn additional rewards. Potential to earn between $40,000 and $60,000 annually.
• Grow your Career. Access additional training courses to grow and develop personally and professionally.
• Get Involved. Take advantage of TCC Gives (volunteer & grant program) to give back and get involved in your community.

Experience

Who are we looking for? Rockstars!

• 18 years or older and have obtained at least high school diploma.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Have the drive to work in a commissioned sales environment
• Enjoy working with awesome people and for an awesome Company that cares about their employees.
• Have a passion to make a difference within their communities.
