As a User Experience (UX) design director at Amber, you’ll oversee UX designers creating amazing player experiences across a diverse portfolio of projects.
UX at Amber includes in-depth player research, interaction design, and usability testing for a range of game genres on mobile, console, PC, and VR platforms.
If you’re an experienced UX designer with proven management skills, this role will give you the opportunity to guide the culture, UX strategy, design process, and career development for a talented group of UX specialists.

YOUR MISSION:
- Lead UX designers who are delivering world-class experiences across a wide range of projects
- Set the strategic vision and UX design culture to deliver successful results now and in the future
- Oversee UX designer onboarding, project assignment, and career development
- Champion the discipline of UX design through training and mentoring
- Push the boundaries of UX by improving pipelines, proposing tools, and suggesting new approaches
YOUR SKILLS:
- 10+ years of UX design experience, or equivalent background
- Professional experience leading UX design teams
- Expert knowledge UX design fundamentals and how they apply to games
- Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and hit deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment
- Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
