Full Benefits For Assistant Store Managers CHEF’STORE® is currently hiring Assistant Store Managers for all shifts We are a well-established and fast-growing company with warehouse store locations in seven states where we sell quality ingredients and restaurant supplies.
Our Assistant Store Managers are responsible for supervising store associates, assisting store managers and providing exceptional customer service to our retail and commercial customers.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities: Supervise work crews and total store operations in manager’s absence Manage store associate performance, schedules and payroll Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Ensure timely and professional customer service Maintain inventory, merchandise presentation and store maintenance Conduct twice-daily store walk through to establish and execute a daily plan Assist Manager with all objectives related to company standards & financial performance Other duties as assigned Assistant Manager Benefits: Salary depending on experience Medical, dental & vision coverage 401k matching Bonus program Assistant Manager Qualifications: At least 3 years of retail management experience preferably in a Line Manager or Store Manager capacity Excellent verbal and written communication Exceptional customer service skills Basic understanding of store operations, cash handling and register Passion for working in collaborative, small team environments Ability to work Onsite (remote not available) / Day / Night / Weekends /OT High school or equivalent (Preferred) Applicants must be over 18 years of age at the time of hire Willing to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background screen We Offer Careers Built For Your Future, Apply Today
