This job will have the following responsibilities: Assists the Director of Nursing in ensuring compliance with applicable State and Federal standards and regulations for long term care by anticipating the Agency surveyors’ interpretations of statutory regulations and initiating actions to correct deficiencies in advance of the annual inspections by the PA Department of Health.
Manages the staff of the Nursing Department to ensure efficient and cost effective operations and ongoing activities: Provides ongoing leadership, advice, training, and guidance to staff members Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor of Nursing required 3 years of relevant experience
