This is inclusive of managing timekeeping, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, and performance evaluations.* Responsible for creating an engaged, safe and inspiring environment for the F & B, Event and Hospitality team.
This includes implementation of service standards, safe practices, sanitary compliance and adhering to SOPs through supervision* Ensures all their team is operating in a holistic teamwork focused environment; ensures employees feel empowered to cause, create and react to change; ensures all team members feel involved, appropriately communicated with and appreciated for their efforts and results* Effectively troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges when they occur.
Complex problems need to be escalated to the Director of Hospitality.* Resolves escalated guest concerns using the highest standards in guest experience and mitigating future similar concerns.* Prepares and conducts Daily Huddles with Hospitality team members, as needed.
Recap results from the previous day and share goals for the current day/week* Maintain a strong understanding and awareness of Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Goals for all business units within the Hospitality Department.
