Fox Run at Fulton is designed for the student demographic, mainly Marist College students, as well as others in the surrounding area.Website: https://www.Foxrunatfulton.Com/The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the entire property in a safe, efficient, and quality manner.
The Maintenance Supervisor will direct and assist in all phases of maintenance operations and will report to the Property Manager and Regional Manager.
The Maintenance Supervisor will maintain working relationships with all other staff members both office and site personnel, all current and prospective residents, vendors, contractors, and construction personnel.United Group / United Plus Property Management:Recently named The Institute of Real Estate Management®’s AMO® of the Year recipientDelivers consistent, quality performanceProvides best-in-class customer serviceAttracts and retains business by exceeding expectationsMajor Tasks + Key Responsibilities:The responsibilities that are listed below are not all inclusive, however, they are indicative of the type of responsibilities normally performed by the Maintenance Supervisor:Supervises the daily activities of Maintenance Technicians and PorterAssesses and prioritizes all work to be performed on assigned site to include maintaining inventory of equipment, tools, and work materials and establishes and completes daily work schedules for maintenance duties and ensures quality of work duties performedNotifies Property Manager of all problems and potential issues of concern and maintains working knowledge of all utility sources and supply linesAssists the Property Manager with the scheduling and status of units under renovationPaints, cleans, completes maintenance items, and all other items required for the completion of the unit under renovation and perform all necessary maintenance both the exterior and interiors of all buildings of the property assignedEstablishes and maintains preventative maintenance items and consults with the Property Manager in order to maintain the property within the guidelines of the budgetCompletes regular inspections of the assigned property and handles all emergency situations that may arise, and communicates all details of the incident to the Property ManagerHolds regular monthly meetings with site staff reviewing safety, organization, training and policy reviewPerforms snow removal from all needed areas and maintains all appropriate equipment Covers or assigns all after hour coverage of the property, if neededJob Overview + Requirements:Job Type: Maintenance Supervisor; $28-29 per hour (eligible for overtime)Work Hours: Full Time; Monday through Friday, with potential weekend hours required as neededTraining for Position: Supervisory experience with maintenance staffPhysical Requirements: lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.Required Education/Skills: Applicable Work History.
