Department: Facilities Management-RetailReporting Relationships: The area quality control manager reports to Vice President and General Manger of T.E.C.
ServicesFunction: This position is directly responsible for the overall execution of contract deliverables, client satisfaction, and financial performanceDutiesContinuous direct contact with Corporate Customer and area Quality Managers.Acts as the Single Point of Contact for all Client issues and related itemsManages P& L performance of contract.Develops and executes strategy for delivering quality services for all client locations.Develops corporate relationship and creates quarterly business reviews to drive continuous improvement.Responsible for driving add on sales of services to new or existing customers in or around their area of responsibility.Tracks and trends data to support performance management needs (established KPI’s and SLA’s).Handles issues in the field or request from the customer as necessary.Supports the VP as needed in achieving company objectives.Demonstrate effective communication skills and interpersonal skills with all levels of management.Must Demonstrate and maintain an extremely high regard for confidential and sensitive information.Reviews and evaluates existing programs, services, makes recommendations to client contact and implements or guides implementation of new and/or modified systems and programs.Meets with client contact and customer administrative and supervisory staff, as well as contractors to plan, organize programs, systems policies and/or procedures as it relates to new or modified services.Monitors flow and quality of work to assure timely completion of workload and adherence to company and facility’s standards and regulations.Participates in client meetings and presentationsAssigns work to staff and should prepare to assume the Quality Assurance Manager position if/and when called upon.Monitors work performance and prepare and/or reviews performance evaluations for assigned personnel.Interviews independent contractors to receive and analyze bids as needed for subcontracted services as needed.Performs other services and duties, as delegated.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The ability to read, comprehend, and transmit complicated detailed instructions in writing and orally required.Computer Skills:Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
