A career defining opportunity awaits an experienced territory sales Manager for a leading manufacturer of premium specialty products for the industrial, commercial, and consumer markets. Responsibilities:• Working within a defined territory you will develop new business opportunities and forge strong sales alliances with distributors and end users.• Use your expert sales techniques to exceed monthly targets, and win new business while nurturing existing accounts• Put your expert product and pricing knowledge to work to secure business• Plan and track your sales success by generating weekly reports.• Communicate effectively with both internal and external partners to support business objectives• Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain excellent technical knowledge• Report to the National Sales Manager and strategize to further increase sales and profitabilityQualifications/ Skills:• At least 3-5 years’ experience selling to the industrial and commercial sectors within the New York and surrounding areas• Proven track record in building and maintaining lasting relationships with end users and distributors and OEM markets• Be motivated and highly accomplished in reaching sales targets• Work well in a group setting as well as autonomously.• Ability to build trust and credibility• working knowledge of Microsoft suite including Outlook, Word, Powerpoint• A degree is advantageous but not a deal breaker for someone with industry experienceWhat’s in it for you:• Competitive salary base $60k- $70K• Paid Vacation time• Be a part of a rapidly expanding company offering stability and ongoing opportunities• rewarding team environment• Medical and DentalJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 per yearExperience:• territory sales Manufacturing products: 3 years (Required)Education:• Associate (Required)
