The Role: Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master Autobooks works with financial institutions across the country to provide better digital banking tools tosmall businesses.
The purpose of this role is to assist in the coordination of customer and partner integrations and ongoing product development in support of this mission.

This candidate is likely someone that has shifted to project management from a more tech
– specific role in the past which gives them an excellent technical foundation as a project manager / scrum master.
Responsibilities: * Works closely with Solution Architects, Engineering Managers, and the Implementation Team toorganize and deliver customer-facing integration projects.
Focuses on clearing blockers or otherimpediments that prevent Engineers from writing code and solving customer problems.
* Maintains visibility of customer project status, issues, direction, decisions, etc., establishingthemselves as a trusted advisor to both the customer and internal teams.* Acts as Scrum subject matter expect for the Autobooks Engineering team.
Coaches Engineeringteams in effective Scrum practices, steps in to run scrum ceremonies as necessary, andcoordinates Scrum of Scrums activities.* Prepares periodic project status reports to update leadership regularly on progress, risks, andmitigation recommendations for internal product development projects.
Required Experience/Skills: * 5+ years Scrum Master / Project Management experience.
* 5+ years in a hands-on technology-focused role with a demonstrated ability to understand, resolve and communicate technical and business issues.
Experience with Microsoft technologieslike .NET, SQL, and Azure are a plus.
* Exceptional team player with the ability to quickly develop and foster cross-functionalrelationships.* Organized and detail-oriented, with a high level of integrity and reliability.
* Experience with initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, anddelivering technology projects.* Ability to collaborate with product owners, business partners, engineers, and architects to build and define product backlogs and complete release planning.
* Experience with Agile processes and Scrum ceremonies like backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retros.
* Experience in the financial/fintech field preferred but not required.
