Technical Project Manager

Job Title : Technical Project Manager Location : Elk Grove Village, IL Job Duties: Celergo, LLC seeks a Technical Project Manager at our Elk Grove Village, IL location .

Responsibilities: Assist a team of Scrum Masters, Programmers and Quality Assurance engineers in the pursuit of business and technology objectives using Agile methodologies.

Engage in the design and development of software enhancements and new services.

Work with internal and external parties to plan, architect, and integrate technical services into ADP’s ecosystem.

Manage service infrastructure, operations, monitoring and support.

Ensure optimal and efficient performance, scalability and capacity of software products in a growing environment.

Manage software releases, migrations, and schedules.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field plus seven (7) years of related experience.

Employer will accept a master’s degree plus five (5) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree plus seven (7) years of experience.

Work Experience: Three (3) years of experience must include: Payroll software implementation utilizing software including Kronos, Ultimate or Workday; Software Product Test Strategy; Writing test cases and testing execution; Auditing legacy data from clients and configuring data for imports; JIRA Project Management tools; Agile Project Management Methodologies; Digital Workplace Technology Implementation, including Webex, OneDrive, and O365; Scaled Agile Practices (SAFe Framework), including OKRs (Objective Key Results); Software development best practices, including BDD, TDD, and pair programming; and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
