Shopkick is seeking a Technical Program Manager
– Fraud with strong cross-functional fraud or trust and safety program management experience to help protect our users, customers, and Shopkick.

You’ll use your excellent analytical abilities, coupled with a focus on collaboration & communication to solve complex problems and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:.

Understand fraud patterns and investigate potentially fraudulent activities..

Collaborate to define OKRs and own metrics and key performance indicators..

Work hands-on with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing to develop and deploy programs that protect our users, customers, and Shopkick.

Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions..

Develop strategies for automated fraud prevention..

Provide subject matter expertise and identify key technology solutions/services to help define team roadmap..

Communicate program plans, status, risks and mitigation strategies to key cross-functional stakeholders..

Your Qualifications:.

2+ years experience in fraud or trust and safety, policy management, risk assessments and/or compliance.

Experience with fraud mitigation tools such as Sift Science, Kount, etc.

Strong Jira, Confluence, and ticket writing skills.

Demonstrable SQL and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with people at a variety of levels.

Experience working with partners and teammates across different time zones and cultures.

B.A/B.S.

in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or commensurate experience..
