Responsibilities:

• Understanding of the organization’s commissions business and prepare for consolidation of multiple systems
• Actively engage with full-time employees and contractors so that that team members understand priority and direction
• Analyze business processes and make improvements to the supporting systems.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Submit weekly status report citing wins, milestones, and challenges
• Build resource plans for successful delivery of strategic priorities and management of current production systems
• Accountability for Backlog items and Production Support
• Some 24-hour support
• All other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

H.S. Diploma or equivalent (GED) required

Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university preferred

Basic Requirements:

• Excellent analytical and debugging skills
• 5+ years’ experience in at least 2 of the following: SQL .net, Angular, JAVA, Oracle
• 3+ years’ experience managing developers
• Interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with a remote staff

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior work with a Broker Dealer / Financial Professionals
• Prior work in Commissions or Financial applications
• Agile methodologies
