Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $18.50 + $1,000 sign-on BONUS + lucrative monthly BONUSES!

• Paid comprehensive training where you will be taught our effective 6 step process on how to generate leads, how to effectively speak with homeowners, and the leadership skills you need to succeed
• Ability to set and achieve daily goal to make bonus – Our top canvassers made over $1,700 in bonuses last month alone! This is above and beyond their normal wage!

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to train, coach and develop teams within a production-based environment
• Ensure all canvassing initiatives are executed in accordance with the assigned schedule
• Naturally assertive, and reliable individual with a can-do attitude
• Ability to speak with confidence to homeowners
• Be able to always motivate Canvass teammates
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus!

Experience & Qualifications: *

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Previous leader experience
