The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is responsible for delivering innovative, integrated, and scalable technology and process solutions to hire top talent while creating the best user experience possible.
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this team member will support the Talent Acquisition team in streamlining operations, automating processes and implementing new solutions to achieve identified goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Play a key role in driving the long-term strategy for the Support Center based Talent Acquisition Operations
• Help drive strategies to attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce to ensure an inclusive work environment
• Partner closely with adjacent functional partners to develop and manage system and process improvements that align with evolving business needs, deliver results and enable us to grow
• Manage third party staffing-vendor relationships and associated contracts to ensure successful business momentum
• Help build and execute end-to-end early career talent strategy specifically focusing on-campus recruitment and establishing a strong university presence
• Partner with Director of TA to define, measure and refine success metrics for sourcing, hiring and interview process/effectiveness to drive performance
• Partner with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to lead sourcing strategies, and real-time feedback on strategy effectiveness across the enterprise
• Partner with Employment Marketing team to improve and enhance EVP and employment brand in the marketplace for Support Center talent attraction efforts
• Help build and execute evolving recruitment processes to include deployment of diversity recruitment strategy, enabling equitable hiring and internal movement practices
• Supervise, mentor and develop Talent Advisors and Sourcing Specialists on team
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years’ experience as a key talent acquisition consultant within a corporate environment
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
• Ability to identify and analyze data to develop strategic recruiting solutions
• Strong project management skills, can objectively collect/assess requirements and scope of work and provide stakeholders with a strong (data backed) point of view
• Ability to effectively communicate, interact with various levels of leadership
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and the Intranet, including utilizing social networking sites to source candidates
• Strong knowledge on pairing sourcing strategies to the leadership level of the candidate
• Ability to generate and implement innovative solutions with an understanding of how to take programs from ideation to execution
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to lead data-driven discussions to drive alignment around prioritization and impact
• Capable of building partnerships, managing stakeholders, and working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to drive projects to completion and meet shared objectives
