152254BRJob DescriptionThe FP& A Product Manager, Technical in T-Mobile’s Product & Technology group will partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive continued evolution and operational excellence of a new FP& A capital forecasting solution.

This role will be a key leader during the implementation of the OneStream application geared toward capital planning, but then transition into growing and sustaining the application for continued value creation at T-Mobile.

The Product Manager, Technical will own the technical solution and focus on creating and managing the product vision, strategy and roadmap, design and release of enhancements, and partner with the operations resources to ensure a value-driven experience for our business partners.

Align multiple domains, both technical and nontechnical, on this common visionContributes to functional and technical design of solutions supporting customer roadmapCollaborates with Architecture and Dev teams to ensure technical debt and long-term technical investment is factored into roadmapManages capacity/work planning for broader functional and technical teamsDevise and execute plans for collecting and managing metrics for product and customer experience growthDevelop executive level materials for articulating product visions, capability maps, and lead discussions to influence leadership prioritizationProductOwns the product end to end as well as roadmap at the technology/functional levelLeads and manage product backlog and priorities with our business and technology partnersLeads product backlog grooming sessions partnering with key resourcesAssesses how new trends impact the roadmap or create opportunity for innovation of the product.Works with business to create business cases to support new enhancementsQualificationsAdditional requirements:Experience in corporate and/or business unit capital planning processesExperience implementing and/or operating FP& A planning applicationsExperience working in a product management or technical analyst role with EPM technologies including OneStream, Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP, or similar solutionsComfortable running workshops and leading discussions with director level resources on the business and ITProven interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsExperience in visualization tools such as PowerBI or TableauTelco industry knowledge a plusWorking knowledge of Agile, Dev Ops, CI/CD and traditional SDLC methodologiesProven ability to make sound, fact-based decisions and recommendations.Proven ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.Experience and education requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fieldExperience working in agile scrum development methodologies and toolsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in hands on technical role writing code, solution engineering, or technical architectureMinimum of 5 years of work experience in relevant product management or systems analyst experience in agile software product development environmentMinimum QualificationsAt least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDCompany ProfileAs America’s Un-carrier, T-Mobile USA, Inc.
