Basic Function:Lead CPSNA supply chain activities to ensure availability of concentrate for bottlers, Hot/Cold Fill Plants, and Syrup Plants in a cost-effective manner.
This role manages supply to the larger, strategic, more complex businesses.
Manage network parameters to meet Inventory weeks of supply targets while meeting desired customer service metrics.
Lead inventory loss mitigation activities at the platform level.
Develop and implement corrective actions to minimize inventory losses.Essential Functions:Define concentrate inventory strategy at the platform level based on the needs of the customer and CPS guidelines.
Manage system parameters to support the inventory strategy at all CPSNA locations.
Review and approve monthly production plans as part of the S&OP process.
Ensure that production supports supply requirements and inventory management goals.
Define and execute inventory deployment strategy to maintain service and optimize transportation costs.
Provide instruction to customer service team on sourcing options to manage bottler order exceptions.
Review SKU level shipping performance and complete orbit realignment when necessary to ensure the accuracy of the forecast.Lead inventory loss mitigation activities at the platform level.
Review age of stock and blocked stock reports and take appropriate action.
Prepare and submit requests to destroy inventory on behalf of the business unit due forecast, customer returns or other BU related issues.
Prepare and submit provisions for inventory loss to finance to account for risk to the BU.
Represent CPSNA for all concentrate related issues in platform level S&OP process with the business unit.
This role is responsible for supply of larger, strategic and more complex businesses.
The ability to perform extensive analysis is required.
This person must evaluate the cost impact of possible decisions and use that information to drive the organization to an effective solution considering multiple variables.Provide strategic thinking level of medium to long term for inventory optimization.Participate and promote activities with the OE Team, Scrum that contribute toward continuous improvement (5’s, workplace audit, T Cards, Idea Cards, Tip Plan, Communication Center, Innovation indicatives, (etc.).Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degreeExperience: 5
– 7 years in Supply Chain Management.
