This position will manage and coordinate multiple customer accounts and/or multiple project-based orders across global sourcing, manufacturing and warehousing sites. These projects may be global customers and/or local theater-based projects.What You Will Do Translation of Customer requirements into End 2 End SC End solutions to ensure a cost-effective execution per SLA’s and/or specific project requirements.Collaborate across functional departments utilizing the Customer Project Order Fulfillment/Project Process Management process to meet customer specifications. Resolution of obstacles to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives including risk assessment & mitigation.Project oversight to ensure execution to customer specifications.Primary contact for BU Leaders/CX to align and manage the GSC commitments, schedule changes, challenges to ensure consistency, accuracy and timely communications of customer orders, quality, service, etc.Assessments of project deliverables & performance at project closure and/or project progression of significant long-term projects.Root Cause analysis of project failures, with appropriate process and/or systems corrective actions to prevent reoccurrenceCollaboration on continuous improvement projects with BU’s, Sales, GSC and Theaters.Support MTO/MTS process capabilities, including lead-times, execution to customer requirements.Maintains accurate project and account data into the systems of record.Utilizes the Customer Project Order Fulfillment/Project Process Management, Appian, Oracle and other systems of record to manage, document and report on project status, results and metrics.Monitors and approves any specific project investments (inventory, freight, costs) to ensure the execution of the project is balanced with risk mitigation activities and business objectives.Reports on key project metrics, including creating reports, ensuring consistency in data and utilization of tools and systems.What You Will Bring Required Degree: B.S. in Mfg. Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Operations Preferred Degree: Master’s degree, Project management certification. Preferred Certifications: APICS CPIM, CSCP or ISM C.P.M./CPSMA minimum of five to seven years’ experience in a supply chain and/or manufacturing role, with exposure to business processes that include production, demand and supply planning, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and project management.Experience of working directly with one of the major ERP platforms (Oracle experience would be a strong plus).Experience in managing global/local projects including change management efforts, building relationships and effectively communicating to all levels within an organization.Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement methodologies, preferably using Lean tools/Six Sigma.Experience working in an organization with matrix reporting models.We thank all those interested in joining the Panduit team; however only those that complete the online application and meet the minimum job qualifications will be considered for this role.
