    Job Description

    Intel’s Supply Chain (SC) is looking for an individual with the knowledge/experience to shape the way our products get to market.

    The Supply Chain PLC Program Manager is responsible for the overall successful management of the GLADIUS Product Life Cycle (PLC) Supply Chain requirements during product planning and execution phases.

    He/she will work with the various functional experts to gather, consolidate, and represent the SC interests at the key product forums.

    The successful candidate will provide regular updates and escalate issues to SC senior management, making this a highly visible and critical role in shaping the supply chain for our new products.

    The Supply Chain PLC Product Manager role will be responsible for but not limited to:

    • Represents Supply Chain and provides Supply Chain data, options and solutions to the teams that support Intel’s product development

    • Develops a product profile (e.g., performance, schedule, cost, planning, manufacturing, Bill of Material, Intellectual Property characteristics)

    • Leads X-functional Supply Chain Assessments of product characteristics to identify Supply Chain risks and Supply Chain adaptations resulting from product development decisions

    • Ensure Supply Chain implications are considered as part of the Product Development and influences Development from Supply Chain perspective.

    • Escalates high supply chain risks to GLADIUS SC PLC Forum

    The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

    • Team player that can work in a high-paced, dynamic environment

    • Possesses strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes

    • Thorough knowledge of design and architecture, SOC and platform development processes and product architecture

    • Leadership of a x-functional matrixed team

    • Strong influencing skills to drive product decisions across teams by their expertise and databased assessments.

      Bring the voice of Supply Chain into short term and strategic decisions.

    • Ability to orchestrate activities between product and SC functional teams.

      Manage issues/risks from SC perspective.

    • Innovates and looks at ways for supply chain to create value and be a competitive advantage to Intel

    • Knowledge of Internal and External Fab/Test/Advanced Packaging Manufacturing Processes and Flow

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering and any related field of Study.

    • 10+ years of relevant experience in product design and architecture, including capability to map product requirements to fab process nodes and package technology offerings.

      Amd/or Internal and External Fab/Test/Advanced Packaging Manufacturing Processes and Flow.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in Intel’s Supply Chain Process and Systems
