SUPERINTENDENT- HEAVY CIVIL / INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION – LOS ANGELES

The job of Superintendent is working for a client of mine, a highly reputable General Contractor who is well respected in the construction industry. They specialize in projects across the following sectors: ports, roads, bridges, airports, heavy civil, water and infrastructure. The successful Superintendent has the chance to learn, develop, and work on great construction projects in Los Angeles with a fantastic General Contractor. Due to the importance of this requirement, the General Contractor has asked me to help them identify and recruit top Superintendent for their construction team.

To be suitable for this opportunity as a Superintendent in the construction sector, you will need to have the following experience:

• 7+ years experience as Superintendent in the Construction industry
• Been responsible as the sole Superintendent for working on projects in the following sectors: ports, roads, bridges, airports, heavy civil, and infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with Project Managers, Estimators, Sub- Contractors, Owners, Developers, Architects and other professionals in the construction industry.
