Superintendent

ITAC Solutions is seeking a Superintendent for a great client in the Cullman area. This person will be responsible for scheduling, planning, and implementation.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation
• Responsible for resource allocation for projects
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure work is executed properly
• Collaborate with project inspectors, architects, engineers, etc. regarding project budget and timeline
• Ensure all job sites are kept in a clean and organized manner
• Maintain standards that adhere to plans and specifications
• Ensure the project is completed, and the expectations are met

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Residential superintendent experience highly preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ground-up construction experience required
• Ability to negotiate in a professional manner
