About this role
This is an opportunity to help define and build our GTM Strategy & Operations function.
You will help establish our sales strategy roadmap, improve sales productivity, and accomplish strategic projects to empower our Sales teams to be engaged in targeting and closing valuable brand partnerships.
You will work on both our Outbound and Inbound sales strategies, including quota and compensation design, lead generation, book of business and territory planning, deal desk, strategic planning, and key analytical diagnostics.
You’ll have the chance to lead critical projects end to end –
– from working on strategic planning and analysis, to presenting your recommendations to Faire’s leadership team and working cross-functionally with our Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams on implementation.
In this role, youll operate as a player-coach developing and leading a team of hard-working individuals while also executing directly on high-impact analytical, strategic and operational initiatives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and data conscious environment.

What youll do
• Develop, refine, and complete go-to-market and expansion strategies partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, and Marketing
• Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems
• Identify issues, develop hypotheses, and complete in-depth analyses to translate data into meaningful insights and make recommendations to Faire’s leadership team based on your findings
• Enable our organization to continue to be highly data-driven as we scale by performing ad hoc analyses, conducting research, and building reports and KPI dashboards for real-time monitoring of performance
• Develop effective and scalable operational processes and fill operational gaps
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience including operating experience in GTM Strategy & Operations ideally at a high growth startup and/or marketplace business
• Technical experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, business operations, and/or business analytics
• Strong people leadership skills and previous experience hiring and scaling a team
• You are highly analytical and data-driven –
– you can complete complex analyses, define critical metrics, size opportunity areas, and measure and report on performance across the business
• You can think across multiple dimensions of a business (Sales, Product, Marketing) and work cross-functionally to deliver results
• Ability to flex between analytical, strategic and operational aspects of the job
• Ability to both lead and execute
• Resourceful and happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done
• You want to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
• Knowledge of SQL strongly preferred
