Were an innovative team taking on the extensive mortgage market, bringing scalable and sophisticated software to a pillar of the US economy that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes.
Snapdocs is building out its Strategy team and we need a Strategy & Operations manager to improve efficiencies and drive growth with a focus on go-to-market.

The Strategy & Operations manager will collaborate closely with our leadership team to identify, analyze, and resolve the critical issues facing our business.
You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinating with leaders from across the company to drive results.
Using data to deeply understand the drivers of our business, you will proactively identify ways to improve performance, effectiveness, and efficiency.
You will use data-driven insight to drive everything from growth strategy to customer value to sales enablement.
You’ll be involved in everything from go-to-market strategies, to building new workflows and playbooks, to collaborating directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we’re delivering our best to the market.
This role is a unique opportunity to drive outsized value at a fast-growing organization.
The ideal candidate has a bachelors degree (MBA a plus) with at least 4 years experience in consulting, strategy, operations or related experience.
You have strong strategic and analytical skills and a proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a fast-paced team environment.
You should be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, highly team-oriented, inquisitive, enjoy problem solving, effectively communicating, and focused on using your analytical aptitude to drive results.
SQL knowledge is a huge plus.
Your team views you as a hyper-effective person who can get scrappy, connect the overall vision back to financial strategy, and generally “gets stuff done,” always with sound business judgment. Most importantly, you will build strong relationships and use excellent communication to reach alignment across cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
