Strategy Consultant

We are looking for an experienced analyst to join the newly formed Strategy team as we chart out Evolvs next phase of growth.

This team will help chart the path for Evolvs growth including assessing different markets, technology areas and other growth vectors across all aspects of the business.

The team will support the business in identifying, assessing, and recommending strategic initiatives.

You will work closely with the Director of Strategy and the executive team to research, review, and assess organic and inorganic growth options, strategic partnerships, and new growth avenues.

Responsibilities:

* Develop a point of view through research, interviews, and fact-based quantitative analysis on organic and inorganic growth opportunities
* Identify, research, and maintain a view on key market dynamics that will impact the business and its growth plans
* Conduct a variety of analyses including strategic assessments, financial modeling, customer interviews & needs mapping, competitive analysis, and industry ecosystem & partnership mapping in support of our near and long-term growth plans
* Develop competitive intelligence reports and industry ecosystem maps to support executive team in driving critical decisions
* Develop and present strategy recommendations to the executive team
* Consult with business leaders and customers to understand needs, challenges, and pain points; research and develop a strategy to address those needs

Requirements

* 2-4 years experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar field; Experience in M&A a bonus
* Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem solving
* Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external audiences
* Entrepreneurial approach and ability to thrive in a high growth, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions and demands
* Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and be self-motivated
* Comfortable with ambiguity
* Growth mindset to think broadly
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
