Strategic Manufacturing Planning Manager

The successful candidate’s duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:
Managing machine capacity planning
Managing ERP/MRP for inventory
Participating with the estimation group
Aiding production control requirements to meet customer timelines
Working with corporate management regarding manufacturing and delivery management issues and benchmarks
Overseeing the production control group
Determining metrics
Evaluating lead-times verses capacity
Acting as the customer delivery issue point of contact
Forecasting delivery projections
Participating in employer scheduling
Conducting meeting
Solving complex problems with tactical solutions
The successful candidate will have the following background:
Six years of production management experience in a precision metal machining environment
Three years of experience supervising precision metal machining in a ISO-related quality certified environment
Possess solid strategic vision
Possess a scope of product containment understanding
Possess the ability to solve complex problems with tactical solutions
Possess a solid work history
Being a US citizen or green card holder
Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
