Who is a Rugged Earth Outfitters Store Manager? Adaptable, motivated, guest focused! As a Store Manager at Rugged Earth Outfitters, you will lead a team of passionate and knowledgeable guest experience ambassadors who strive to exceed the guests’ expectations. You will drive sales and profit through a relentless commitment to developing talent, driving efficiencies, and delivering a legendary guest experience.This position reports to the District Manager and has opportunities to interact with the Regional Director, VP of StoreOperations, and corporate support partners. You will have extensive interaction with Bealls guests, associates, and management team in a guest focused culture.
As a Store Manager every day is different, but a typical day includes the following:

Impact on your Business:
- Leading a team that drives sales through engagement of guests, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Building and leading a guest-centric culture across the store. Utilize guest survey reporting tools to drive change in key areas with the greatest impact on guest experience
- Championing the Bealls Family of Stores Loyalty program. Ensure your team can inform, educate, and promote the benefits, features and offerings that reward our guest and/or enhance their shopping experience
- Guiding operational excellence, accuracy, process, and workload efficiency
- Executing store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, inventory flexing, and signage to ensure consistency of brand experience

_ What we are looking for in Rugged Earth Store Manager **_
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required, college degree preferred
- 3-5 yrs. minimum of management experience preferred
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team-building skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Work varying hours and schedules to include mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Demands
- Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry at least 20 pounds
- Must have full body rotation ad mobility (i.e. – bending, stopping, twisting, and reaching)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
