ServiceMaster Recovery Management (SRM) is seeking to hire a full-time Mitigation Project Manager to work directly with customers and insurance representatives.
Project Managers are accountable for the daily operation and management of all projects they are assigned.
This includes: estimation, personnel, subcontractors, billing, safety, industry standards, state, federal and local laws, pricing, and overall project profitability.
Mitigation Project Managers travel up to 80% of the time, experiencing the entire continental United States on the companies dollar.
Project Managers are assigned a company vehicle, allotted an apparel budget, and have a proven history of earning $100k/year after commissions.
QUALIFICATIONSPhysical abilities including lifting 50 lbs, working overhead and standing for extended periods, ladder work, and working in closed spaces such as attics and crawlspacesProficient in Microsoft Word & ExcelComfortable operating computers, including Google DriveAbility to travel up to 80% of the time, 30 days guaranteedValid driver’s licenseAbility to pass a criminal background checkPrevious Restoration Experience preferredWe offer a full benefits package, paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401k plan.
