Sr Marketing Manager, Global Marketing Capability

PepsiCo

This is a Full-time position in Town Of Harrison, NY posted May 6, 2020.

Stay current with emerging trends and best practices, particularly as they relate to marketing capability, and make recommendations on how to apply new approaches Provide strategic advice, instructional design best practices, review content and provide feedback on learning programs.

Provide oversight to team or vendors leading development and delivery of courses and programs, including launch messaging and overall communications Collaborate with Learning CoE (PepsiCo University) resources to ensure learning deliverable standards are met and connections made to learning programs, ensuring seamless integration of GBTMP Provide connection to/integration with other strategic business & capability programs Provide thought leadership on best ways to achieve program objectives and to fill capability gaps (i.e.

analysis of marketing assessment results and third-party vendor content) Program Management & Deployment Optimization: Partner with the Sr.

Director of Marketing Capability to achieve program milestones and meet deadlines Create and manage Microsoft Teams site (curate content and add members), plus other communities/tools as needed Support local workshops: Update and maintain existing GBTMP workshop toolkit, customizing as needed and working with local teams to prepare for their capability events Integrate GBTMP learning content into new PEP U platform Financial Management: Manage 2 million-dollar budget, partnering with finance specialists (marketing and insights) to ensure forecast is accurate and tracking towards expected spend Partner with Sr.

Director (and Procurement and PEP U) as needed for project scoping and vendor selection Optimize and manage vendor relationships, ensuring competitive pricing, on-time deliverables and quality final products Communications & Portal Management: Optimize integrated program communications utilizing technology, especially through continuous updates of GBTMP portal, including proposing best practices for engagement with key audiences to amplify reach and engagement Collaborate with corporate communications partners, corporate and sector to share program news (PEPfeed articles, digital screens, etc.), and identify opportunities to further engage and communicate with learner audience (presentations and various communication channels) Engage business leaders as sponsors and SMEs to champion and deliver the learning agenda, with direction from Sr.

Director of Marketing Capability Manage SPA box communications (create, send, monitor, and respond) Metrics & Reporting Provide thought leadership on metrics and reporting approach, including gaining stakeholder buy-in for shared learning objectives Aggregate global workshop survey results (qualitative and quantitative) to tell a story about ongoing program progress that can be shared with executives Validate and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of new and existing training and development programs to ensure that capability priorities are being achieved for the function Use aggregate feedback to make recommendations to improve the effectiveness Global Awards Program: Manage awards program designed to reward and recognize outstanding marketing and brand growth activities across PepsiCo markets (food and beverage), supporting GBTMP key capability areas Provide detailed oversight of awards program mechanics from end to end including managing submission process and tracking against program milestones Plan yearly global awards event including all logistics: managing agenda, designing the event, engaging vendors, sending participant communications, etc.
