Sr. Marketing Director, Growth Marketing

This is a Full-time position in Chicago, IL posted April 5, 2021.

The Sr.

Marketing Director, Growth Marketing, reports directly to the SVP, Marketing Strategy and Business Operations.

 This role is primarily responsible for all elements of marketing, including communications, advertising, events, social media, branding, campaings, and customer marketing, to professionally project and build awareness of INAP’s brand, image, and drive customer demand.

This position is also responsible for the protection, maintenance and proper use of all trademarks, copyright and branding elements. This position will participate as part of a cross-functional team responsible for the on-going growth of INAP’s businesses and will closely coordinate activities to align to the execution of the Business Plan with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, etc. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Lead the Demand Generation Programs for INAP.

Create & Implement Programs, Monitor and Track results
•    Develop & maintain an expertise in INAP’s brand and ensure the protection and proper usage of the brand, logo and other assets.
•    Develop and execute content lifecycle program to repurpose product marketing assets into multi-media content pieces that build brand awareness and generate new leads – e.g., infographics, videos, podcasts, blogs, short e-books, web copy, social media posts.
•    Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns in conjunction with other members of the marketing team.
•    Design and execute INAP’s Customer Engagement Program, including customer success stories, co-marketing activities, guest blogging, joint speaking opps, etc.
•    Develop and execute INAP’s social media program, including the corporate blog, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Slideshare and YouTube, to build brand awareness and generate inbound leads.
•    Develop and execute INAP’s trade show and event plan including industry tradeshows, conferences, regional events and open houses to drive awareness and lead generation.
•    Maintain INAP’s corporate website – including branding, look & feel and content updates.

Work closely with Demand Gen and Product Marketing teams to support their goals and requirements for the website.
•    Maintain all marketing literature including, assuring sufficient quality and availability of electronic and print materials to support the annual marketing plan and sales efforts.
•    Maintain and update all brand files, postings and websites.
•    Function as a “Player/Coach” as both a leader and doer, providing position leadership and insights, supporting corporate strategic objectives, as well as being a “hands-on” member of the staff.
•    Develop and continuously enhance an expertise of INAP’s strategy, messaging, products and key market segments. 
•    Aggressively review and stay abreast of market trends through all available resources including:  trade publications, 3rd Party Market Reports, direct customer contact, participation industry conferences/expos/trade shows, etc.

 QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:1.    Bachelors required, Masters preferred. 2.    8+ years marketing communications, product marketing, or customer marketing experience. 3.    8+ years of management experience in marketing environment. 4.    Experience supervising or managing staff and support staff (vendors); strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage multiple direct reports.5.    8+years in Lead and Demand Generation experience 6.    A demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into engaging and digestible messages. 7.    Outstanding presentation and communication skills with an ability to bring fresh ideas into marketing campaigns and messaging. 8.    Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external groups. 9.    Ability to define, execute and build consensus for ideas and projects spanning the organization with limited explicit authority. 10.    Comfort with presenting to and influencing customers, partners, team members, executives and large audiences. 11.    Experience working directly with customers in both pre
– and post-sales situations. 12.    Excellent written and oral communications skills. 13.    Travel requirements estimated between 10-20%.
