The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will lead several FP&A activities at Ashvattha. This position will work closely with business partners in manufacturing and R&D to develop the annual plans, updated forecasts, project reporting, and ad hoc business analysis. This position with also work closely with the head of clinical operations on the analysis of CRO contract spend.

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles for financial forecasting and reporting, including analyses and management reporting.

Provide strategic and financial support to business functions on operating expense budgets and forecasts, including budget versus actual variance analysis.

Implement our planning processes, reporting standards, and KPI’s.

Identify opportunities for process improvement while maintaining a broader organizational perspective.

Drive efficiencies and integrate best practices to all financial planning and analysis processes.

Work closely with the accounting team to ensure CRO expenses are appropriately accounted for during each quarterly close. This will require basic CRO contract analysis and understanding.

Serve as a resource to resolve accounting/finance related issues.

Administer the financial planning and budgeting Electronic files.

Create new, evaluate existing, and develop more efficient reports.

Engage and support ad hoc financial modeling and reporting.
