A national spa company in Ocean County is looking for a dynamic, personable manager who can lead a team of sales associates and oversee day-to-day operations of a busy spa. This person will be a mentor and inspiration to our front desk staff by maintaining high performance standards, leading by example, providing superior customer service, and setting and reaching sales goals for the individuals and the team.

Job Description
Our Sales Manager serves to support the Spa Owners in executing the day-to-day operations along with specific assigned responsibilities. The Sales Manager is a main customer service representative through both face-to-face and phone interaction with our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Meet team membership/gift card sales goals
· Recruitment of Sales Associates
· Communicate sales promotions and service options with clients
· Social media responsibilities
· Schedule/Confirm appointments and balance the daily appointment book
· Greet and check-in/out clients before/after their appointment
· Learn about our products and services for effective, clear communication
· Execute the daily operational tasks, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned.
· Uphold store cleanliness standards in the entire spa
· Communicate the continually changing schedule and operational needs with coworkers
· Computer data entry
· Manage all scheduling for front desk staff
· Oversee training of staff
· Create and aid in implementation of sales goals for staff
· Oversee implementation of corporate protocols
Qualifications and Skills
PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS
· 2 years in sales
· Experience using Zenoti computer software

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
· Goal-oriented, with ambition to obtain top-management level
· Sales experience with proven results; membership sales are a plus
· Capability to work flexible hours, specifically nights, weekends (Sundays or Saturdays) and holidays
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A fast learner, with a positive attitude; remain calm in fast pace environment
· Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems is a plus
· A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
· Exceptional with organizing and prioritizing; attention to detail and multi-tasking
· Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
