Come join us on our mission to help people use data to serve the customer The Role As a Partnerships Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role of being a partner facing technical and solution minded resource working with Amperity&039;s Business Development field team.
This includes providing direct impact and thought leadership in how Amperity&039;s grows via partnerships with ISV / technology partners Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) SIs, agencies and consultancies Responsibilities Support Partnership Efforts: Perform technical qualification and solutions consulting for prospective partners by educating them on Amperity&039;s capabilities and value we unlock for our customers, in addition to our technology and integration patterns.
This includes involvement thru the entire business development cycle including discovery, platform demonstrations, architecture/integration sessions, use case sessions, and integration rollouts.
Collaborate with partner technical resources and consume partnership technical documentation to identify roles of each solution and integration options between platforms, including potential roadblocks.
Serve as the technical liaison between our partnership and product team.
Document high level integration architecture and data flow between partner technologies and Amperity.
Platform Presentations: You will combine your technical breadth and creative mind to present compelling platform overviews and demonstrations that convey the value of the Amperity platform in a manner that is relevant to the prospective partner, and easy to understand.
Integrations in Reference Environment: Within our demo environment, configure and implement reference integrations with established partners to highlight the value of the integrations.
Collect and Share Lessons Learned: Share critical technical experience with the rest of the Presales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering teams, both formally and informally.
Act as Technical Product Expert: Continuously learn the platform capabilities in depth, and use that knowledge to provide real-time expert guidance on its applicability to partnership integrations, customer ecosystems and use cases.
Influence Product: Provide feedback to engineering about product feedback (successes and failures) in the field in order to incorporate new/improved functionality into the product.
Effectively Leverage Amperity Resources: Responsible for engaging key Amperity resources (Product, Engineering, Services, Security, etc) at the right times within a partnership opportunity and providing the relevant information to set them up for success.
About You 5 years&039; experience across partner facing roles in the following areas: Marketing technology, cloud computing, data focused solutions, integrations, and implementation SaaS architecture, database architecture, data integrations Technology partnerships, pre-sales, or technical consulting in customer-facing roles Strong technical foundation: SQL, Python, AWS, Azure, data integrations, APIs, enterprise architecture Customer Data experience is a plus Computer Science degree or equivalent is a plus.
Ability to interact directly with technical implementation and integration resources A demonstrated success working in a fast paced, cross-team environment Strong presentation skills: Platform demonstrations, integration diagrams and presentations.
