Shift Supervisor

Summary of Job:
A shift supervisor works in a plant and is responsible for overseeing daily company operations and employee performance during their shift. A shift supervisor job description involves a variety of different tasks, from conducting employee reviews to reporting to middle and upper management with ongoing issues or problems.

Education & Language:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Language: English (Fluent).

Required Experience:

• Experience with supervising at least 30 employees or more
• 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Problem Solving skills
• Must have worked or currently working in a Manufacturing environment
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft office
• Ability to Train and Evaluate, not limited to corrective actions
• Forklift driving/ Safety certificated required.
