Taco Bell is hiring now for hourly Shift Managers! The ideal candidate will have supervisor/key holder experience, lead a team by example, will be ambitious to promote from within and will be guest service focused!

You’ll be responsible for supporting the General Manager in:

• Training and supervising crew members
• Monitoring and reinforcing food safety standards and procedures
• Interacting with our customers in a professional manner
• Executing cost control systems

Minimum requirements:

• Min age of 18 years old
• Show proof of eligibility to work in the USA
• Supervisor/manager experience in related field
• Consent to criminal, driving and drug screening background search
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends & holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Results oriented and customer focused
